Pre – Pay For Lessons Here

THERAPEUTIC RIDING PRICES

Due to the accumulative benefits of individualized Therapeutic Riding lessons, we feel it will benefit the students more effectively by offering only private lessons in packages. That way the therapy can be judged, adjusted and tweaked to achieve the best outcomes.

½ hour initial evaluation & lesson for each new student … $ 35
½ hour private 4 lesson package…………………………………… $ 140
½ hour private 8 lesson package…………………………..….…….$ 240

Payments, by cash, check or Credit Card (on-line with PayPal or in Barn) to be prepaid by the first day of a lesson or package.

The rider(s) will arrange all schedules with Maryanne. Please call 561-358 5539 or Leonard 631-734-6199. If a rider does not attend a lesson without prior notice, they will be responsible for the cost. Otherwise make-up lessons will be arranged.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

An approved helmet with chin-strap Hard-soled, closed-toe shoes or boots with a heel and long socks Long non-slippery pants or jeans Dress warmly & wear gloves if weather is cold. (We have a limited helmet supply)

SPECIAL OLYMPICS PRICES

As in any sport, serious, sustained individual training and practice are necessary to get into and stay in shape to become a competitor. Becoming a Special Olympics Athlete is no different: it will demand a serious, sustained approach to training and proficiency.

Training/practice sessions for interested individuals of any age, will take place at least twice a week during late April and all of May; the goal is to select a few athletes to compete in later Special Olympics New York horse shows.

Funds from various donor sources may become available to support the program and help subsidize the lessons.
